Note this method will only work for Microsoft Windows XP and Vista.
In a Nut Shell: 1. Open Command Prompt 2. type in edit 3. type in: @echo off shutdown -s shutdown -l log off -r restart -t 30 (or any number depending on the amount of time you desire) -c "Your Text Here" 4. save it as whatever.bat 5. Click and drag it into your start up folder and drive your family or friends crazy! 6. Enjoy!
